The app must be opened from inside Shopify admin (the URL bar will say
admin.shopify.com/store/<your-store>/apps/adcreator-ai). Opening the app
URL directly in a browser tab won't load App Bridge and you'll see this error. Go back to
Shopify admin → Apps → AdCreator AI.
The photo is stored on our server scoped to your shop and is used as the source frame when you generate a video ad. It is not shared with anyone outside the AI provider that generates the video for you (Kling AI). It's deleted automatically when you uninstall the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
This is rare but it happens — large-language models occasionally return malformed JSON. Click Generate again; it'll route to a different AI provider on retry. If it happens three times in a row, email us with the prompt you used so we can investigate.
Video generation through Kling typically takes 30–60 seconds. If you're past 90 seconds, close the app and re-open it — your video may have already finished and just needs a refresh to display. If still stuck after 5 minutes, email us with your shop domain and we'll look at the job status directly.
Plan changes apply immediately to the next generation request. Refresh the embedded app (click out and back in) to see the updated counters. If the badge on the Plan card doesn't update after a refresh, email us.
Inside the embedded app, scroll to the "Plan & usage" card and click Cancel subscription. You'll revert to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period. You can also uninstall the app from Shopify admin → Settings → Apps; uninstalling also cancels billing.
Not yet. v1 generates copy and video you paste into Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, or your scheduling tool. Auto-posting is on the roadmap — email us to vote it up the queue.
Yes. The copy and videos are yours. Use them on any platform, in any channel. No attribution required.
Email us within 14 days of your first paid charge if the app isn't working for you. We refund cheerfully — keeping someone on a plan they regret isn't worth it for either of us.

The app runs on a single backend with a single point of failure. If something's broken across all shops, follow 0xpi.com or email us. There's no status page yet because the volume doesn't justify one.
